Madlen is an ordained pastor of Assemblies of God in Kazakhstan. Madlen serves as full time minister from 1997. She worked in rehabilitation center for 12 years and the last 5 years she works as Executive director of women programs Teen Challenge Kazakhstan. Together with her husband Yerkin Khaidarov they pastor Assembly of God Pure Wave church in Kazakhstan, Almaty. Madlen is a talented author and performer of songs, produced 3 musical albums Perfect Love, The Music of Love and Alabaster Jar. Madlen is a dynamic speaker, creative journalist and annointed servant.
